Peg Laterals – Patient # 1
K.S. This patient was interested in improving her smile. Her lateral incisors were incompletely developed (called “peg laterals”). We were able to bond a hard tooth-like resin to her teeth, with a noticeable improvement.

Peg Laterals – Patient # 2
P.R. Another example of bonding to improve the appearance of “peg” laterals. Again, a rather dramatic result.

Front Teeth Space – Patient # 1
C.W. This nice lady came to us from Sacramento, after we had closed her son’s space between his centrals. She had the identical situation as her son and could not wait to let me do the same procedure for her.
With a space this large, we actually narrowed the centrals by taking away the enamel from the sides adjacent to the laterals. We widened the laterals before we finally narrowed her space. I decided to leave a small space so the teeth would not appear overly large. The patient was delighted!

Front Teeth Space – Patient # 2
This was another case where the patient wanted her teeth together. It was done like the procedure discussed above. We were able to completely eliminate the space in this case without creating an imbalance in tooth size. The patient was very happy with her new look!
Front Teeth Space – Patient # 3
This patient not only had a space, but the left central was fractured. We think the result speaks for itself. We were extremely happy with the result, as was the patient.
